醬油 Soy Sauce | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
白胡椒 White pepper | 1/4 | 小匙 tsp |
芡粉 Corn starch | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
水 Water | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
炸紅蔥頭 Fried shallot | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
大蒜水 Garlic Juice | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
黑醋 Dark vinegar | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
做法﹕
先將A料燒滾﹐加入主材料和B料煮熟後加入C料勾芡,起鍋前加入D料。
Instructions:
Bring part A to a boil. Add the major ingredients and part B; cook until done. Add part C to make the soup thick. Add part D before serve.
